Counselling in North
and East London.
Online Sessions Available
Life can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, stress, low mood, or relationship struggles often affect sleep, work, and how you feel about yourself.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or exhausted from holding it all together, you’re not alone. I use psychodynamic therapy to help people understand and work through anxiety, depression and trauma.

What you can expect from counselling
Counselling can help you with:
Make sense of your past
Understand inner conflicts that affect your emotions, choices, and relationships
Reconnect with parts of yourself that you may have had to ignore or hide
This often leads to more clarity, balance, and confidence in everyday life.

In our sessions, you’ll have a private, understanding space to explore what matters most to you. Counselling isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about helping you feel less stuck and more able to live your life in a way that feels right for you.

I work relationally and collaboratively, helping you:

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - (London UK 2 Years)
Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling - (London UK 1 Year - in Advanced Clinical Training)
My Approach
I work in an integrative psychodynamic way, which simply means we try to understand what’s happening for you a bit more deeply.
In practice, this means we may:
-
Gently explore emotions that are hard to talk about or easy to push aside, especially when they start affecting mood, relationships, or confidence.
-
Look at past experiences to better understand what’s happening in your life now, and why certain patterns may keep repeating.
-
Sometimes talk about dreams, images, or recurring thoughts, if this feels helpful, as another way of understanding what’s going on inside.
-
Go at your pace, without pressure, building trust and safety so you can begin to understand parts of yourself that may have had to stay hidden or protected.
We will work together to help you understand yourself better and find steadier ground in your life and relationships
